What does it cost?
The service costs just $49 for the first year, plus the cost of uploading your items.
What is the Renewal cost?
When you renew, you will receive a 10% discount.
Are there any additional fees and options?
Yes, there’s a one-time fee for uploading your memories to the cloud. If you choose the annual option, the cost is $7.00 per item plus a flat fee of $15.00 for pictures or slides. If you choose the 30-day usage option, the cost is $8.00 per item plus a flat fee of $15.00 for pictures or slides.
How do I know when the year is up?
Three weeks before your subscription ends, you’ll receive an email prompting you to renew. We’ll send weekly reminders to ensure you don’t miss the deadline. If no action is taken, your files will be automatically deleted the day after your subscription expires. Our software is designed to keep you informed with timely renewal reminders.
